TITLE:12-MONTH MAIN OFFICE SECRETARY
REPORTS TO: HS PRINCIPAL AND VICE PRINCIPALS
QUALIFICATIONS/
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong interpersonal skills in relating to students, teachers, parents, vendors and guests.
- Excellent secretarial skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Handles general office responsibilities including phones, classroom phones and door security. Acts as a receptionist when necessary.
- Responds to parental requests and inquiries.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Maintains student and staff parking
- Maintains pertinent school records.
- Self-starter.
- Organizing, filing and familiarity with high school operations and corresponding systems and databases.
- Any other duties assigned by the Administration.
- Prior school experience is a plus.
Note:
Must participate in NJ required Criminal History Clearance before beginning employment.
