Location: Farmingdale
Environmental Designers Irrigation is hiring an organized, detail-oriented, and uplifting person to join our Wall, NJ office as an Administrative Assistant! This is a seasonal position that is expected to run from Mid February to Mid October. You ll play a central part in our day-to-day and help support how we show up for clients. We re hiring now, so if you re ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Pay starts at $22.00/hour with the ability to make more based on experience!
Schedule
:
You ll usually work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

YOUR ROLEOur Administrative Assistant takes care of the behind-the-scenes activities that keep our office running smoothly and our company on the right track. Your workdays will look different depending on business needs, but you can expect to answer phone calls, schedule service appointments, complete accurate data entry, and more. A great attitude, organizational skills, and a customer service mindset are crucial. No matter what you re doing, you ll be making a positive difference!
