QUALIFICATIONS:
Assist the Payroll Specialist with processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- File payroll employee medical notes
- Complete employee disability forms
- Prepare payroll report from Frontline for substitute payroll
- Process employee payments: extra days pay, premium pay, overtime, extra hours for contracted aides, district substitutes, stipends, ESY program, etc.
- In-house payroll - upload direct deposit file, print checks, all reports and check registers
- Pay Federal, NJ, NYS, PA taxes
- DOENET FICA reimbursement
- DCRP payment
- Summer Savings - maintain employee's yearly contributions
- Maintain monthly payroll purchase order
- Break down and double check payroll
