Administrative Pastor - Calvary Baptist Church
Calvary Baptist Church, a growing, Bible‑believing church in Little Egg Harbor, NJ is presently searching for an administrative pastor to join its pastoral team. The role of administrative pastor includes oversight of facilities, finances, projects, support staff, trustees, and daily operations of the church, along with other pastoral responsibilities. Potential candidates must meet the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and agree with the mission and beliefs of Calvary Baptist Church as stated on our website.
Additionally, qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Born‑again believer
- Undergraduate degree or higher is preferred
- Deep love and appreciation for the Scripture
- Commitment to the local church
- Some experience in financial and facility management
- Technologically competent
- Ability to function as part of a pastoral team
- Strong organizational skills
- Sound work ethic
- Willingness to learn
