- Job Schedule:
Candidate must be local and able to come 1-3 times a week. - Review, organize, and classify electronic documents and records within the SharePoint environment according to established file management standards.
- Analyze document content and metadata to determine appropriate categorization and retention requirements.
- Upload, migrate, and maintain files within the designated SharePoint folder structure, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Verify that all documents are stored in the correct locations and comply with organizational naming conventions and filing procedures.
- Identify and resolve misfiled, duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records within SharePoint.
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand document classification requirements and ensure proper record placement.
- Provide recommendations for improving SharePoint document organization, usability, and search functionality.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including file inventory, classification status, and completion metrics.
- Pharmaceutical background, SOP and GMP knowledge.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Results driven; strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Experience in collaborating with others to bring tasks/projects to completion.
- Highly proficient in recognizing needs, prioritizing work, multi‑tasking and working in a fast‑paced environment.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Sharepoint experience uploading and managing files.
- Soft-skill requirements:
Team‑player; positive and can‑do attitude; willing to solve problems and strong critical thinking skills. Must be able to learn and adapt to situations.
