We are offering at La Miranda
- The Global Quality School an internship for university and vocational (FP) students interested in learning the role of administration and management within an educational setting. This internship provides hands-on experience across a variety of administrative and operational areas, allowing students to build a solid foundation for their future careers.
- Performing basic administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Managing school email accounts and internal communications
- Gaining exposure to finance-related activities, including invoicing, budgeting, and contract creation
- Assisting with admissions processes, including student registration and documentation
- Creating and preparing official school documents
- Supporting school bus logistics and coordinating schedules
- Learning about sales processes, budgeting, and financial tracking
- Briefing staff and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Currently enrolled in a university or vocational (FP) program
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
