Care Rite Centers is seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Business Development team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating outreach initiatives, managing administrative projects, and assisting leadership with business development efforts across our healthcare network.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Business Development and Admissions teams
- Assist with coordinating marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and referral source communications
- Maintain and update referral databases, reports, and tracking systems
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and business development appointments
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Assist with managing contracts, invoices, and vendor communications
- Coordinate internal and external communications professionally and efficiently
- Support special projects and business development initiatives as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist leadership with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Previous administrative assistant, marketing, admissions, or business development support experience preferred
- Healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
