Description

We are seeking a Client Scheduling Coordinator to support appointment coordination and client service operations for a long-term contract position. In this role, you will manage scheduling activities, respond to inquiries efficiently, and help create a smooth experience for clients and business partners. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, team-focused environment with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate appointments across multiple calendars to align client needs with business availability and service expectations.

+ Respond to scheduling requests, inquiries, and follow-up items promptly while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

+ Utilize internal systems and departmental resources to complete daily assignments accurately, efficiently, and within established time frames.

+ Review scheduling details carefully to minimize errors and ensure a positive client experience.

+ Communicate updates, issues, and support needs clearly with team members, business partners, and leadership.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries within established service-level expectations.

+ Monitor recurring scheduling trends, availability patterns, and service concerns, providing regular feedback and observations to leadership.

+ Participate in training and adapt to assigned schedules based on business needs and demonstrated proficiency.

Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, or a related administrative support role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-focused, service-oriented approach.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including managing multiple calendars and appointment details.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry skills.

- Ability to work a permanent 40-hour schedule and adapt to assigned shifts after training.

- Comfortable working on site four days per week in Readington Township, New Jersey.

- Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Talent Match®
