Description:

A junior administrative assistant provides support to an organization's administrative team or department. This role typically involves performing clerical tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing documents. Junior administrative assistants may also assist with preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Additionally, junior administrative assistants may be responsible for greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and ensuring that the office environment is tidy and organized. They may also assist with basic data entry tasks and other administrative duties as assigned.
