This is a part-time internship position for our Fall Rotation, from September 7th, 2026 through December 11th, 2026 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

Creating and executing reports for several warranty and goodwill programs. Review and document existing reports. Support the creation of presentations for management. Support the creation and operation of MS Access databases for warranty extensions. Document various processes concerning warranty and goodwill tasks and reports. Support various projects in the warranty department by organizing meetings, keeping track of tasks and objectives, preparing meeting presentations and minutes.

Assist in Vehicle Flagging and Validations. Assist in Maintenance Plan Upgrade (MPU) cancellations.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major) Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript Ability to work part-time (20-29 hours/week)

Paid Time Off in addition to Company paid holidays where eligible Hybrid work environment Intern Vehicle Lease Program Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days. The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30 The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20 The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
