Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments using company scheduling software
- Respond to customer questions and concerns while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Communicate appointment updates and service information clearly and accurately
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure customer information is up to date
- Provide administrative support to the office team and assist with additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of customer service, call center, dispatch, or office administration experience preferred
- HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling and dispatch software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service
The starting hourly base wage for this position is $22.00/hr this is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
