Sales Support Coordinator
Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend.

Expectation is 5 days a week in the office
Shift: 8:30- 5pm

Education:
High School Diploma Required
Associate's degree preferred
Prefer 2 years Admin Experience

Skills:
Computer literacy required - Microsoft products to include excel, word, Power Point.
Must have Strong organization skills, team player, ability to develop and maintain working relationships both internal and external.
Preferred knowledge and usage of sales processes

Focus on sampling and labeling and shipping for everyday samples to clients to support sales executives to manage their accounts.

Focus will be to support the current project management team with ordering client samples, organizing and shipping.

There can be additional responsibilities around handling exchanges with client and internal stake holders through managing projects administration and account management activities and routine inquiries from clients.

Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions
Take care of day-to-day client requests for samples and paperwork

File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements
Perform general administrative tasks
