Position
Purpose:
Thepurposeofthe Recycling Facility Cashieristoassistthe Director of Operations ,managingdaytodayclericaltaskswhileprioritizingcustomers.
Responsibilities:- Assistcustomerscomingtotheyardensuringcorrectpaymentverificationforeachclientincludingcash,credit card,checkandaccountbalances.
- Accuratelymeasureincomingandoutgoingloadsforcorrectcubicyardagequantitiesforbilling.
- Assistwithallclericalandadministrativetasksasneededincludingansweringphones,filing,copyingandtranscriptionofletters.
- Processincomingandoutgoingmaterialpaperwork.
- Preparedailyproductionreports.
- CompiledataforNJDEPcompliance.
- Dailytimecardentryforallemployees.
- Prepare,signandsendproposalstoclientsandcustomers.
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskillsareneededtocompleteahighvolumeofvariedresponsibilitieswithexcellentattentiontodetail.
- Familiarwithtrucksizingandcubicyardvolumemeasurements.
- Proficientinall Microsoft Officeapplicationsincluding Outlook ,Word,and Excel.
- Abilitytoproducewellthoughtoutandprofessionalcorrespondence.
- Excellentrelationshipbuilder;abletodemonstrateahighleveloftact,discretionanddiplomacywithallinternalandexternalcustomers.
