- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Advise customers on service needs, estimates, and recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff for timely repairs
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status and scheduling updates
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- FORD EXPERIENCE Preferred
- Previous Service Advisor or Automotive Service Experience Preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset

Great Pay – Competitive salary and bonuses
Estimated Annual Earnings: $80,000 - $135,000
