We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one or more of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Hillsborough, NJ area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

• Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Schedule mechanics/technicians' work.
• Manage outside orders.
• Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs.
• Meet customer expectations.
• Maintain the safety of team members.

• Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under‑car repair services.
• Drive timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians.
• Stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
• Communicate directly with customers to assess needs and provide information about requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales.
• One year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance.
• OR any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
