Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Diagnose vehicle concerns using the latest Ford diagnostic equipment.
  • Complete repairs according to Ford and manufacturer standards.
  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work as part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive repair experience preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
  • Ford certification is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Own basic hand tools (advanced technicians should have a complete tool set).
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
