Start Strong with Mavis:
Eligible Automotive Tire Technicians receive weekly bonuses up to $800. Mavis offers guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, up to $800.

The starting base rate of pay for an Automotive Tire Technician is negotiable.

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
• Work in a best‑in‑class automotive service environment, using industry‑leading processes.
• Receive weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of the guaranteed hourly rate.
• Complete paid training provided by Mavis; no prior experience is required.
