Pep Boys - - Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers in-store and on the phone;
Schedule appointments and upsell parts and services to meet customer needs;
Maintain organized service desk and process work orders and register transactions;
Conduct express automotive services (tire mounting/balancing/rotations, oil changes, fluid top-offs, etc.);
Ensure safety procedures and proper wheel torque and fluid services are performed per SOPs
