Make an Impact Behind Every Vehicle Delivery We are seeking a Vehicle Administration Porter II to support the daily preparation, movement, delivery, and administrative processing of vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, takes pride in organization and customer service, and can manage both hands-on vehicle responsibilities and detailed administrative tasks. In this role, you will help ensure vehicles are clean, properly staged, serviced, documented, and ready for delivery while supporting vehicle title, registration, and license plate processes.

What

You'll DoVehicle Preparation & Delivery
  • Run daily vehicle locator and delivery reports to identify vehicles scheduled for delivery and any outstanding service needs.
  • Locate priority vehicles and ensure they are prepared according to the delivery schedule.
  • Fuel, wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including installing seat/floor protection and identification tags.
  • Install license plates and ensure vehicles are properly staged for delivery.
  • Drive vehicles between inventory, service, fueling, car wash, parking, and delivery locations as needed.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers and team members.
  • Provide transportation for VIP customers when requested.
  • Perform vehicle return inspections and prepare returned vehicles for the next stage of processing.
  • Replenish vehicle fluids and perform minor vehicle assistance as needed.
Vehicle Lot & Facility Operations
  • Maintain assigned vehicle lots in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Move vehicles as needed to maintain traffic flow and efficient inventory management.
  • Monitor vehicle inventory, including pool vehicles, stocked inventory, service vehicles, and suspended/holding areas.
  • Identify aging inventory and take appropriate action to maintain vehicle cleanliness and prevent inventory delays.
  • Assist with shop and facility maintenance, including cleaning driveways and sidewalks, removing debris, and supporting automated car wash maintenance.
  • Complete errands and other operational assignments as directed by management.
Title, Registration & Vehicle Administration
  • Assist with preparation and processing of license plate, title, registration, and related DMV documentation for local and out-of-state transactions.
  • Complete required state DMV paperwork for vehicle deliveries and company vehicle sales.
  • Assist with duplicate title requests and title-related problem resolution.
  • Print and maintain Certificates of Origin for vehicles within the assigned area.
  • Process titling documentation through electronic vehicle registration systems and DMV offices.
  • Maintain accurate license plate information in the vehicle administration system.
  • Prepare checks for title work and refunds as required.
  • Maintain accurate tracking logs for license plates, titles, and dealer/manufacturer plate assignments.
  • Monitor registrations to ensure they remain current while vehicles are in service.
  • Prepare auction lists and title documents to help move vehicles to auction efficiently.
  • Track title completion, identify outstanding issues, and assist with troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Research missing, incomplete, or incorrect title paperwork.
  • Verify VINs, odometer readings, lien releases, title status, and other critical title information.
  • Maintain working knowledge of applicable DMV laws and regulations for assigned states.
Customer Service & Teamwork
  • Respond professionally to customer questions and direct customers to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Understand and meet the specific requirements of different customer types.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding vehicle status, deliveries, documentation, and outstanding issues.
  • Participate in daily team communication and contribute to improved efficiency and workflow.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
