We are hiring A Level and B Level Automotive Technicians for a highly respected independent repair shop in Stewartsville, NJ

Whether you're an experienced A-Level Technician who enjoys advanced automotive diagnostics or a skilled B-Level Technician looking to continue growing your career, you'll join a team that values quality workmanship, ongoing training, and long-term success.

• Perform automotive diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Diagnose drivability, engine performance, electrical systems, and vehicle concerns using modern OBD-II diagnostic scanners and testing equipment
• Repair braking systems, steering systems, suspension systems, engine systems, cooling systems, and drivetrain components
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with accurate documentation and repair recommendations
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to maintain efficient workflow and outstanding customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Participate in paid training to stay current with today's automotive technology

• 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Able to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs
• Experience using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Comfortable performing maintenance, brake repair, suspension work, steering repairs, tire services, wheel alignments, and general mechanical repairs
• Light diagnostic experience preferred with the desire to continue developing advanced skills

• ASE Certifications are preferred (reimbursement provided after successful completion)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
• Dealership and independent repair experience are both welcome

• A Level Technician: $35.00-$38.00/hour based on experience
• B Level Technician: $25.00-$30.00/hour based on experience
• Tiered production bonus program adding up to $5.00 per billed hour to your hourly rate
