• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
• Comfortable with calling customers to schedule declined services from previous visits to get them back in.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately write repair orders and service recommendations.
• Build detailed repair estimates using technician findings and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
• Source quality automotive parts and coordinate repairs to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate repair recommendations, vehicle status updates, and maintenance needs clearly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments while helping maintain an organized and productive service department.
• Utilize Tekmetric shop management software and Digital Vehicle Inspections to document repairs and customer communications.
• Achieve weekly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
• Proven ability to sell automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Experience preparing estimates, sourcing parts, and managing repair orders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
