• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and identify complex vehicle issues.
• Take primary responsibility for higher-level diagnostic work.
• Complete larger and more complex automotive repairs requiring significant experience and technical skill.
• Work primarily on European vehicles, including newer and older models.
• Document vehicle findings and repair needs as part of the shop's repair workflow.
• Work within Tekmetric and digital vehicle inspection processes as implementation is completed.
• Order parts when preferred or necessary, although parts ordering is not normally a technician responsibility.

• Master, A-Level, or strong near-Master automotive technician skill level.
• 4-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong automotive diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to perform complex and larger automotive repair jobs.
• Comfortable working primarily on European vehicles.
• Independent repair shop or dealership experience is acceptable.
• Tekmetric and DVI experience are not required; training is available.

$100,000-$140,000 annual salary, with compensation within the range based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

• Approximately 90% European vehicle mix, with primarily newer European vehicles.
• Opportunity to focus on advanced diagnostics and complex repair work.
• Approximately 25-30 vehicles serviced per week.
• Facility includes 7 bay doors and 6 lifts.
• Tekmetric and digital vehicle inspection training are available as the shop modernizes its processes.
