The Role

As a Claims Coordinator- Freight Consolidation, you will be responsible for supporting the full freight claims process and providing customer satisfaction through accurate reporting and resolution.
What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the entire freight claims process
• Complete all required reporting forms
• Process all claims for and against RLS
• Compile and report claim status updates
• Manage all returns to the cross-dock facility
• Coordinate customer dispositions of OS&D product, including trans-shippers and returns
• Ensure total customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of claims rules and regulations
• Meet performance metrics as outlined by management
• Perform other duties as assigned teamwork is essential to getting the job done

• Experience: Not required
• Licenses/Certifications: None required
• Travel: None

Work Environment & Schedule

• Environment: Fast-paced, challenging workplace with opportunities for personal and professional growth. This position is NOT REMOTE and will report onsite in office full time. No remote candidates will be considered.
