Job Description
Earth Cam is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of field service projects. This role serves as a key operational partner to Project Managers and Field Services teams, helping ensure projects are properly scheduled, documented, and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with customers, vendors, field technicians, and internal teams.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational project management skills and grow within Earth Cam's Field Services and Operations career path.
Responsibilities- Coordinate project scheduling activities for field installations, service calls, and maintenance projects.
- Support project planning and install readiness activities across assigned territories.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and workflow updates.
- Coordinate communication between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist with service scheduling, installation logistics, and project resource coordination.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Support receivables tracking and project-related administrative activities.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
- Ensure project information is accurately maintained within company systems and databases.
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day operational and coordination activities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Able to work independently while maintaining collaboration across departments.

- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, scheduling, customer support, construction administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience managing schedules, workflows, or project-related documentation.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience working with project management, CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems is preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting construction, field services, technology, telecommunications, or service-based operations is a plus.
