Job Title:
Korean Bilingual Business Operations Specialist. Full‑time, hourly. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in a related industry. Korean and English bilingual skills are required.
Maintain vendor relationships and act as a business analyst for non‑IT projects, supporting roles above administrative but below management. Oversees project management processes, including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgets. The specialist reports to a project manager or director and works closely with executive leadership to deliver strategic recommendations across eCommerce and operational teams.
Responsibilities- Participate in strategic projects and operational initiatives across growth, go‑to‑market, and performance enhancement for eCommerce business and operations.
- Provide in‑depth strategic insights based on business analysis.
- Develop business cases and strategic options with financial models and ROI analysis to support planning initiatives.
- Prepare executive summaries for business strategies and deep dives into specific topics as needed.
- Monitor eCommerce business performance and profitability, identifying optimizations to improve overall business and operations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, seasonality, and competitor developments.
- Conduct financial analysis to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor the customer experience journey and provide insights to support teams for conversion optimization.
- 4+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Telecom, Technology, Consumer Electronics, and/or Retail industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business and operational problems creatively.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience building business cases and P&L analysis.
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- Adaptability to changing demands and priorities.
