Title
- Senior Director, Commercial Forecasting-PHARMA
Location- South Central NJ (hybrid 2x week in office is desired) Relo provided
Salary $270-283k + bonus + LTI

Sr. Director, Head of Forecasting will lead the North American forecasting function, developing strategy, methodologies, processes, and technologies that support informed decision-making and planning across the organization. This leader will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, FP&A, and Global Forecasting to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable forecasts for both in‑line and pipeline products.
Responsibilities- Lead forecast development, integrating market research and secondary data, and driving alignment on key assumptions and scenario planning.
- Will need to have a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex information to senior leadership.
- Will lead continuous improvement efforts, influence cross-functional partners, and ensure forecast outputs reflect market dynamics, brand opportunities, and risks.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting or consulting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in data sources such as IQVIA, claims, and EPI data
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience managing direct reports and presenting to executives
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, agile, and collaborative environment
