JUNIOR OPERATIONAL ANALYST
Job OverviewVindico Medical Education is searching for a Junior Operational Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the finalization of Vindico’s Continuing Education (CE) activities, including organization of tasks and files, deployment of surveys, data entry, and other essential tasks required for close‑out.
- Lead the development of outcomes reports as needed to support the Outcomes Analyst.
- Set, file, and organize tasks in Sales Force; entry of data into various online systems while coordinating with internal Vindico Medical Education (VME) departments and effectively communicating the meaning of the data to teams.
- Create outcomes reports to support the Outcomes Analyst; coordinate internal review processes and task tracking.
- Work within company templates (PowerPoint, Excel); gather, export, and file data.
- Maintain excellent time management and multitasking to deliver on schedule, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, evidence‑based, and in full compliance with accrediting bodies.
- Collaborate with management and aid the team in finding AI‑powered solutions for repetitive tasks.
- Operate effectively in a remote environment.
- Minimum of a BA/BS degree.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Sales Force.
- Experience with MS Office, the ability to navigate cloud‑based databases (i.e., Sales Force or similar software), and willingness to use AI tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver on schedule and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
The annual base salary for this position is $45,000 to $50,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, education, years of experience, and equity with internal team members. Employees living within a 50‑mile radius of the office will be scheduled to work two days per week at the office in Thorofare, NJ.
