Duration: 6 Months (End date: 11/30/2026 — Due to NJ office relocation to Plano)

Role Summary

The Business Analyst 2 will serve as a Service Planning and Administrative Support Specialist, responsible for executing key administrative functions, reviewing service plans, and driving B2B process improvements. This role involves providing comprehensive project management support, documenting critical business progressions, and preparing strategic reports for Senior Leadership and Global HQ in Korea. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will foster cross-departmental collaboration to maximize B2B customer satisfaction.

Bilingual Communication (English/Korean): Advanced reading, writing, and verbal proficiency required for seamless communication with global teams and HQ.

Process Improvement & Demand Planning: Strategic thinking to optimize B2B service processes and align them with customer expectations.

Project Support & Documentation: Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects/events, including detailed report generation and executive presentations.

Advanced MS Office: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Service Planning & Admin Support: Oversee and execute administrative functions, including the review and documentation of service plans, project progression, and key discussions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Project Management Support: Provide comprehensive support for project activities, including detailed report generation, executive PowerPoint presentation development, and meeting recap documentation.

Reporting & Global Liaison: Assist in the preparation and synthesis of strategic reports and business updates for Senior Leadership and the Global HQ office in Korea.

Process Optimization: Develop and optimize B2B service processes in collaboration with stakeholders, leveraging customer feedback and strategic thinking to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

Foster seamless collaboration across various departments to enhance B2B customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Strategic Target Alignment: Contribute to the preparation of strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts to achieve team targets and broader organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: 5+ years of experience in administrative support, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a specific focus on B2B service planning and process improvement.

Core Competencies: Exceptional relationship-building, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Proven ability to thrive and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working Conditions: Office-based role requiring adaptability and resilience to work under periodic time schedules, technical data feedback loops, and potential language barriers.
