• Meet the team at our office each Saturday morning
• Pick up the enrolled youth for the day's adventure
• Program runs from 10am to 4pm
• Base work hours are 9am to 5pm - team start time varies depending on number of youth enrolled for the day

• Facilitate the day's activities - activities are preplanned and logistics information provided
• Understanding the needs of each youth
• Pick up and drop off youths using company vehicle
• Supporting skill development and independence goals
• Assisting with daily living activities as needed
• Communicate any issues with the families and program leadership
• Have a fun day out with the kids

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with adults or children with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Ability to think on your feet
