Work Schedule: Fully Onsite

Other Requirements: Must be available to consistently work overtime and on Monday holidays (not a full working day)
Education and Years of
Experience:
Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Math, or a similar field; 1–3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
The Supply Chain Analyst will join the PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) team, responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand. This role involves managing a specific range of products, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and HQ Factory counterparts to procure inventory, and monitoring inventory status. The analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for supply-related issues and represent the SCM team in internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- PSI Management:
Manage the end-to-end Purchase, Sales, and Inventory cycle. - Demand Forecasting:
Forecast AP2 Demand to align with sales objectives. - Order & Inventory Management:
Oversee procurement and track inventory status to maximize revenue. - KPI & Reporting:
Manage key performance indicators and generate ad hoc reports for management. - Stakeholder Coordination:
Attend meetings with internal and external counterparts to resolve supply issues.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP is highly helpful.
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment.
- Ability to work consistently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
