LG Electronics seeks a bilingual candidate to lead LG Builder and SKS Luxury Product Management. The incumbent will oversee the Product Roadmap, support product‑related requests, and drive business initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead the Product Roadmap and support product and business requests.
- Communicate regularly with Top Management, Business Management Team, and Sales teams across Builder and Luxury channels.
- Lead the cross‑over process for RFPs of all sizes, applying thorough product and competitive knowledge.
- Manage R&R within the Business Division, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Planning, and Operations teams.
- Oversee Builder/Luxury PRM & Product Strategy, Sales Tool Development Management, and large developer projects.
- Lead Builder NPI management—lifecycle, market sensing, VOC gathering, and communication.
- Senior‑level product or business management experience.
- Leadership experience (team or task leader).
- Korean and English speaking proficiency (required for communication with U.S. and Korea HQ teams).
- Proficiency in Excel (OLAP), PowerPoint, Salesforce.
- Product Management experience.
- Data extraction and analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills to a public audience.
$140,000 – $165,000 USD
