Location: East Hanover

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor business performance and execution (including field force key indicators); recommend business solutions and course corrections; develop reporting mechanisms and key indicators.
  • Ensure TA initiatives, resources/training, and account target lists are aligned and clearly communicated to market access engagement teams.
  • Support facilitation of quarterly business reviews with Market Access Leadership Team.
  • Liaise with channel leadership, IDS, and market access strategy to design, implement, and track field-driven programs.
  • Support operational effectiveness of the Market Access Engagement teams.
  • Create and manage processes to streamline workflow, adapt to continuous changes, prioritize tasks, and track project plans to meet timelines.
  • Coordinate and support the field force in tactical execution and projects, including project communications/tactical rollouts, training requirements, and coordination of Market Access Meetings (launch and business review meetings).
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare/healthcare consulting, including at least 2 different types of cross‑functional roles/experience.
  • 2+ years leading complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose business issues and adjust strategies/plans/tactics.
  • Excellent business/commercial acumen; self‑starter comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Experience establishing/cultivating relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence operational decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $160,300–$297,700 per year.
  • Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards depending on level.
