The training project of Mercer aims to ensure that external academic practices carried out by students in the company allow them to apply the knowledge acquired in their training and the acquisition of professional skills. The main objective is the integration of students in the professional environment through the development of supervised practical activities that allow the development of technical and transversal competencies.
We are looking for a talented student to develop a training program joining the Consulting team in the Madrid office. Your program will focus on acquiring knowledge related to the development and support of the placement of Civil Liability and Damage Insurance policies, as well as support for Business Development and support to the sales team. We will count on you to, under the supervision of the Tutor:
- Optimize and define asset allocation
- Benchmarking and performance measurement
- Advisory in the investment cycle. Selection of markets and assets
- Selection processes for managers
What you need to have:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Sciences, ADE, Economics, Actuarial (penultimate or final year), Postgraduate in Banking, Finance, Stock Market or similar
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Interest in financial markets
- Good knowledge of financial mathematics
- Computer at user level. Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
