Location:
Folsom, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour (W2)
Schedule: ~25 hours/week | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 6-month contract to start
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and maintain leave records (FMLA, Medical, Parental, etc.) in Workday based on TPA updates.
- Process leave transactions, extensions, and intermittent hours accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Leave Administration.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday Time Off & Leave modules.
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
