You will have the opportunity to get involved in the development of innovative solutions in strategic sustainability, ESG regulation, reporting, and operational transformation, with a growing focus on supply chain, due diligence, and tangible value generation, as well as working with multidisciplinary teams and building lasting client relationships.

As a Sustainability Consultant (Strategy, Transformation, and Reporting), you will be involved in the design and development of sustainability solutions for clients, bringing a creative, structured, and value-oriented vision. You will participate in the transformation of strategies into action plans and solid narratives that facilitate decision-making. You will also collaborate in EINF verification processes and in the analysis of the consistency and quality of reported information.

Your main functions:

• Support in the design of sustainability strategies, action plans, and roadmaps for clients.
• Conduct benchmarks, trend analysis, and review of sectoral best practices.
• Contribute to the definition of narratives, key messages, and presentation materials for clients.
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and work dynamics with internal teams and clients.
• Support the preparation of consultancy deliverables with a structured, visual, and impact-oriented approach.
• Identify improvement opportunities and innovative initiatives that connect sustainability and business.
• Coordinate information with different areas and ensure coherence between objectives, initiatives, and KPIs.
• Use digital tools for analysis, information management, visualization, and proposal preparation.

Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration and Management, Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Sciences, International Relations, Engineering, Communication, Humanities, Marketing, or similar. English level B2. 1-2 years of experience in ESG Consulting, Compliance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. Knowledge or interest in ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and regulatory trends. Desired requirements:
Master's degree in Sustainability, Strategy, Innovation, or Business Transformation. Valuable training in ESG, reporting, circular economy, climate change, design of initiatives, project management, or productivity digital tools. Ability to research, synthesize, and structure complex information. Sensitivity to the design of clear, visual, and client-oriented deliverables. Valuable Catalan or other language skills. Valuable experience with digital design tools, collaboration, analytics, or AI applied to productivity.
