Customer Experience Intern

We are on a transformation journey to bring customer centricity into the DNA of our organization. We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Customer Experience team to support in the execution of key CX programs to bring our CX strategy to life. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to the planning, preparation, and delivery of the OE NPS program.

This is one of our main initiatives to gather and manage customer feedback. The OE NPS program is central to how we listen to customers and translate their voices into actionable insights across the organization. This is an opportunity to learn how customer experience works in practice within a global organization, while making a real impact.

What You Do
  • Support the OE NPS program execution along all the different phases to gather and manage customer feedback
  • Support project planning and tracking activities
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders
  • Support the optimization of the program by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and tools
  • Contribute to program improvement and automation initiatives using AI tools
  • Collaborate on low-code development projects to improve our tools and programs for our internal customers
  • Assist in data management, preparation, analysis and reporting of customer insights
What You Bring
  • Currently enrolled in a master's program, with a background in Business Administration, Customer Experience, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Well-organized and structured working style, proactive and self-driven, curious and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative mindset as well as having the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving; interest in understanding and solving customer pain points with a creative mindset.
  • Good level of MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
