As a Product Change Manager, you are the driving force that transforms innovation into tangible outcomes. You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you`ll connect function, solve problems, and keep projects moving-fast. Howyou will contribute
- Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
- Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
- Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven experience in project management methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
- Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.
- Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery.
- Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
- Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners.
- Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving.
- An ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problems.
- Curiosity and collaboration – ready to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
- Ability to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverables.
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
- 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
- Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus.
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
This role is based at our East Hanover, NJ office and requires three days onsite per week. No remote options or relocation are offered.
Salary and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
