Intern, Network Development & Industry Relations - Fall 2026

Fall 2026 Full-Time Internship – Woodcliff Lake, NJ September 8, 2026 – December 11, 2026

What Awaits You

Prepare documents for internal meetings with large dealer groups.

Conduct market analysis of future market planning opportunities including optimal retail location analysis and franchising activities using respective software tools to gather data and formulate reports and documents to support actions.

Assist with the development of presentations, dealer facility capacity planning tool, milestone tracking and corporate  for BMW & MINI facility renovations.

Support the development of dealer bonus and retail standards guides.

Support Dealer Development with ad-hoc analysis of key performance indicators to facilitate management decision making.

Collect information from multiple departments to create executive briefing papers for dealer group meetings, grand openings and new dealer candidate meetings.

Assist the department with the renewal of dealer contracts and documents and provide assistance as needed with Dealer Development files and versioning.

Provide support to the BMW and MINI brands to define and document brand standards, in addition to providing support to the Regions on these topics.

Assist with tracking and creating reports on the monthly status of standards compliance.

Ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited college or university.

US Work Authorization required.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).

Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.

Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).

Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

What You Should Bring

Field of Study:
Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or other relevant field.

Business fluent English.

Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preference:
Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and business intelligence software such as MS Power BI or Tableau and CRM software such as Salesforce.

This is a hybrid role that requires in office days.

Undergraduate students:
Hourly rate is $25.30. Graduate students:
Hourly rate is $32.20. The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
