The Revenue Growth Management Analyst will report to the Manager of Revenue Growth & Strategic Analytics. This position provides analytics-based insights on market pricing, portfolio elasticity, promotional performance, and price pack architecture (PPA), with the goal of delivering profitable growth for Emerging Brands. The role involves executing and supporting short-term strategic initiatives.

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of sales, marketing, or sales strategy experience in the CPG industry.
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Circana, Spins, NielsenIQ).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Curiosity and proactive initiative.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or work authorization).

The salary range for this role is $77,300 - $108,200 annually, with actual pay based on experience, knowledge, and location.
