East Coast Hub & Commercialization Executive Operations Manager

Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company's R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company's RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development.

As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:

The East Coast Hub & Commercialization Executive Operations Manager serves as a trusted operational and administrative partner to the Chief Global Commercialization Officer (CGCO) and the eCLT while leading day-to-day operation of Revolution Medicines' East Coast office in Plainsboro, NJ. This role provides executive support, oversees site operations, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to enhance team effectiveness, foster site-wide alignment and co-create an exceptional employee experience with senior leaders.

The role also serves as the coordinating lead for the Commercialization administrative community, driving best practices, consistent ways of working and strong collaboration among administrative team members supporting leaders across the global Commercialization organization.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exercises independent and sound judgment, builds strong partnerships across the organization, and help establish scalable office operations that support continued growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the CGCO's complex global calendar, strategically balancing competing priorities, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring executive readiness across global time zones.
  • Coordinate leadership engagement across CLT and the Commercialization organization by partnering with administrative team members and cross-funtional stakeholders to optimize scheduling, meeting effectiveness, and organizational alignment.
  • Lead the planning and execution of executive travel, leadership meetings, off-sites, town halls, and business reviews, including logistics, follow-up, and action item tracking.
  • Coordinate special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CGCO and Commercialization Leadership Team (CLT).
  • Manage consulting agreements, statements of work, purchase requests, and vendor engagements in partnership with Legal, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Build trusted partnerships across the organization while handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Lead coordination of the Commercialization administrative community, establishing best practices, consistent ways of working, and shared support standards to drive operational effectiveness and collaboration.

  • Partner with functional administrative team members and business leaders to develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative support models, workflows, and cross-functional operating practices.
  • Support onboarding, integration, and capability development of functional administrative team members by providing guidance, tools, resources, and best practices.
  • Serve as a resource to the Commercialization administrative community, fostering knowledge sharing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the corporate administrative community, build strong partnerships and advance collaboration across administrative teams. May serve as the commercialization admin representative when needed.
