The Manager
- Extractable/Leachables is responsible for developing and launching complex and strategic initiatives. Technical innovation specific to extractable and leachable is expected to retain and expand stakeholder relationships for one or more divisions and solicit new business from prospective customers.

This position will travel at least 15% of the time.

The base wage or salary range for this position is $,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons. This position is bonus eligible.

• Directs and coordinates activities E & L departmental laboratory operations to maximize quality, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, project timelines, productivity and profitability
• Supports development of proposals, protocols and reports for projects as needed.
• Supports cGMP compliance activities such as timely calibration of equipment, personnel trainings etc.
• Performs review of analytical data and trainings as needed.
• Participates in tactical and strategic teams to meet corporate objectives
• Has new business development responsibilities for existing departmental client base
• Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned

Business Line Lead – E & L

• Support the implementation and coordination of E & L within global pharmaceutical business line development initiatives.
• Recommend possible acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with Sites, Countries and Business Lines to develop business strategy and plans.
• Set strategic objectives for sites / countries including growth rates, facility expansion, acquisition goals, and margin and profitability benchmarks.
• Performing team technical assessment and evaluations and improve technical competence of staff.
• Develop necessary business processes and systems to enable pioneering, high-impact initiatives.
