We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Finance and Accounting domain expertise to drive finance transformation initiatives, ledger migrations, and strategic change programs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of accounting knowledge, business analysis skills, and large-scale transformation delivery experience.

• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes.
• Experience in Product Control and Financial Control functions.
• Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledgers, and accounting lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Understanding of accounting controls, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into business and technology solutions.

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Functional Specifications.
• Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and business process documentation.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.
• Act as the bridge between Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Support Finance Transformation initiatives and strategic change programs.
• Experience in system implementation, ledger migration, and process transformation projects.
• Plan and coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live activities.
• Support cutover planning, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Work within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Collaborate with senior Finance, Technology, Operations, and Risk stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional discussions and manage competing priorities.
• Present project updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Influence decision-making through strong analytical and communication skills.
• Lead workshops, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder engagements.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Finance Transformation, Accounting, or Financial Services
• Strong understanding of:
  • Accounting Finance processes
  • Financial Reporting
  • General Ledger/Sub-Ledger operations
  • Reconciliations
  • Accounting Controls
• Proven experience with:
  • BRD/FRD creation
  • Requirements elicitation
  • Process mapping
  • User stories traceability
  • UAT/SIT management
  • Finance transformation programs

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,000 - $115,000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
