Account Manager

Location: Saddle Brook

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis in New Jersey. In this role, you will manage client relationships, act as a liaison between the agency and clients, and oversee project execution to meet client objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the medical device industry and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams to align projects with client goals and expectations.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Utilize Basecamp and Microsoft Office to manage tasks, track progress, and organize project details.
• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Support budgeting efforts and financial tracking, with familiarity in Quick Books being advantageous.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and results.
• Work effectively within the team to uphold high standards of service and accountability.
