• Supervise and engage groups of campers in daily activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment
• Lead and facilitate a variety of camp activities, including sports, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and team‑building exercises
• Mentor and support junior counselors, fostering a positive team environment
• Enforce camp rules and safety protocols consistently and effectively
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and concerns
• Assist in planning and organizing special events and themed activities
• Maintain a clean and organized activity area and ensure equipment is used responsibly

• Previous experience working with children in a camp, recreational, or educational setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire young campers
• Knowledge of outdoor safety procedures and first aid certification preferred
• Responsible, reliable, and adaptable with a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
