Lakeland Hills Ymca seeks a Part-Time Day After School Co-Director in Mountain Lakes, NJ to support the Kids Club and assist the Site Director in delivering safe, engaging programs for children. You will supervise staff, model positive interactions, and help plan activities aligned with YMCA values, including Harmony Academy, Arts & Crafts, STEM, sports and literacy.
Flexibility to cover 2–5 days is provided where possible.
