Civil Construction to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion in Williamstown, NJ. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and local/state requirements Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and material delivery Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure alignment and performance Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation Manage change orders, RFIs, and contract administration MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

Civil Construction should have:
Proven experience in civil construction project management within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 USD annually.
