Carpenter/Construction Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist Construction Manager in building new homes
- Punchout and Pre-Title work
- Carpentry work
- Maintaining a safe, CLEAN job site
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Previous experience in maintenance and other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have own tools
