Premier Concrete Systems is seeking a Concrete Estimator / Senior Concrete Estimator to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimating professional who understands concrete construction and wants to be part of a team working on a wide range of projects.

We are looking for someone with hands-on concrete estimating experience across areas such as foundations, footings, walls, slabs, structural concrete, and sitework. If you have a strong background in pricing concrete packages, reviewing plans and specifications, and preparing competitive bids, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for concrete construction projects. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in helping the team secure new business by developing well-supported, detailed bids.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete construction projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Estimate concrete scopes including foundations, footings, walls, slabs, structural concrete, and sitework
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Help prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify scope, pricing, and project requirements
• Maintain organized bid documentation and estimating records
• Support multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in concrete estimating
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, costs, and takeoff processes
• Experience in estimating scopes such as foundations, footings, walls, slabs, structural concrete, and sitework
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple bids

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior-level estimating experience in concrete construction
• Experience managing a high volume of bids
• Strong understanding of bid strategy, pricing, and scope review
• Experience working in a subcontractor or self-perform concrete environment
