We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out and ground up commercial construction projects ranging from $500K to $20M from pre‑construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a detail‑driven professional who excels in contractor coordination, client relationships, and Procore‑based project execution. Description Oversee full project lifecycle for commercial construction projects ranging from $500K-$20M. Manage day‑to‑day coordination with General Contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Lead project planning including schedules, budgets, procurement, and change management. Utilize Procore for documentation, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and progress tracking.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring expectations are clear and met. Review and approve invoices, pay applications, and cost controls. Prepare and deliver progress updates, project reports, and closeout documentation. Profile A successful Commercial Project Manager should have: 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction. Proven track record managing multiple projects between $500,000-$20,000,000. Hands‑on experience working directly with General Contractors and subcontractors. Proficient in Procore project management software. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of problem‑solving in fast‑paced environments.
