The Demolition Superintendent will be responsible for the planning and execution of assigned demolition projects within the established budget and schedule for the overall D&D project. Responsibilities include supervising and ensuring successful execution of demolition work, acquiring resources, coordinating efforts, and executing the work—including self‑performance, subcontractors, and consultants—to deliver projects according to plan. The role provides leadership, direction, and resources to the Demolition Project Manager, Site Safety Manager, subordinate supervisors, craft workers, and project staff.

• Assist the Demolition PM with planning, estimating, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Assist the Site Safety Manager and all workers with ensuring work is done safely
• Organize daily activities based on project goals
• Work with the management team to improve strategies
• Supervise supervisors and craft workers for self‑performed work to ensure successful execution
• Supervise contractors and consultants for subcontracted work to ensure successful execution
• Supervise the proper maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of equipment

• Minimum of 10 years of Demolition Superintendent experience for heavy commercial and industrial demolition projects
• 5 years of Nuclear experience (preferred)
• Experience must include conventional machine demolition, selective building/component/equipment demolition, demolition by cutting using both hot and non‑hot work methods, demolition utilizing cranes & rigging, implosion demolition, and material processing, preparation, recycling, and waste disposal of all types of demolition materials
• Experience with in the Nuclear Industry is not required but is a plus
• Experience with union labor is not required but is a plus
